To order your Gown, email us with your measurements for bust, waist, hips and height along with your choice of size, gown and color. Please note that prices for sizes 18 to 22 and individuals taller than 5' 10" are slightly higher (prices supplied upon request). A deposit of 50% is required to commence work. The remaining balance plus applicable sales taxes, shipping and handling will be due Cash On Delivery. Joy will send you a sample of your Gown fabric for approval to confirm your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified checks and money orders. All amounts are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

Your Joy Gown will be shipped eight weeks from the date of confirmation of your order.

Joy is proud to offer you these quality gowns. We want you to be happy. If you are unhappy with the materials or craftsmanship for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to correct the problem.

In the unfortunate event that a fabric or color is unavailable at the time of your order, you will be advised of any need to substitute fabrics.
